Kilter Home Care is a maintenance subscription for homeowners in the Springfield area. I come out on a schedule and handle the small stuff before it becomes big stuff.

ESSENTIAL — $49/month Two visits per year. Each visit includes: gutters cleaned, dryer vent cleaned, smoke and CO detectors checked, HVAC filters replaced, exterior caulk touch-ups, and up to one hour of minor fixes.

PREMIUM — $99/month Four visits per year. Everything in Essential, plus: water heater flush, deck and fence check, appliance inspection, up to two hours of minor fixes per visit, priority scheduling, and 10% off larger projects.

How it works: Month to month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Pay annually and get one month free. Founding members lock in their rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
